Imagine our surprise yesterday to find that our temps were in the mid-60's. Quite a pleasant change of pace. Imagine, then, our further surprise when we went to the back of the house to do some yardwork and found flowers! Lots and lots of flowers blooming! They weren't there 3 days ago, I know for sure, so they must have actually bloomed yesterday. We didn't even know they were there so we never thought to go looking for them! They run all around the back edge of the house and are just happy and beautiful! Reason # 123564982 why Maine is better than Michigan--it is April and our snow is gone and flowers are blooming and leaf buds are appearing! Yay!
