It seems each of my children have had a particular outfit, set of pajamas, or item of clothing that they loved so much they could never be convinced it was truly dirty, or worse, too small. This item would be worn again and again until one night someone awful (me) would sneak in to their room, laundry hamper, or dresser, and steal the item and pack it away.
For Chloe, this item is a pair of blue Winnie the Pooh jammies. She loves them. They are way too small. I almost can't bear to make her part with them knowing she is my last 3 year old....my last little girl to have this fixation on one item of clothing. But, the picture speaks for itself. I'm amazed she can even get them on anymore. So, tonight after she's asleep, I'm going hamper diving, washing them, and packing them away. :( (Also, please ignore the chunks of styrofoam in the background of the picture. We just got all of our Christmas trash out of the office FINALLY and hauled away by the trash company. Two holidays falling on trash day in a row really made our trash back up!)

I absolutely love the picture! And I'm sure it's not just your kiddos. I remember how upset I was when I out-grew my Wonder Woman pjs and mom gave them to Becky. :( sniffle sniffle
