Every kids reaches an age at one point or another where every word out of their mouth is just plain hilarious. It is safe to say Chloe has officially reached this point. It started last November or early December. You see, we have a rule in our house some words are off limits. My kids don't swear. (Obviously) They don't say "stupid" or "shut up" or take the Lord's name in vain. So anyway, the girls were playing in the kitchen when Livy shouts "This is STUPID!", to which I replied "What did you just say?" Immediately Chloe piped in "She said this is STUPENDOUS!" It was so hard not to die laughing right then and there. Flash forward a few months and I had told the girls they needed to pick up all of their Valentine's Day loot or I was going to confiscate it. Livy asked "What does confiscate mean?" and Chloe answered, "It means take away, right, Mom?" Then again, just a couple of weeks ago, Livy asked where your wisdom teeth were located. Being a smart-ass, I said "In your mouth" and Chloe expanded on that by saying "In the very back of your mouth, behind your molars, right, Mom?" Where on earth does she learn this stuff? All three of my girls are incredibly smart, there's doubt of that. I'm starting to worry about just how smart my 5 year old might be.....
