Summer is winding down. It's a fact that is sad but true. Somehow the beach has been put on the back burner all summer and we've only made it over a few times. Last week, however, I decided to put all the laundry and dishes and errands and remodeling of the house aside and take Tory and Chloe to the beach while Livy was on a playdate. We dug in the sand, splashed in the waves, hunted for crabs, and lazed in the sun. It was very nice and I have decided that one warm day a week, we are taking time off from the daily grind and enjoying a day of sun and sand. Before it's too late and fall is here.
