There is something so intimidating about having your children sick and knowing there is nothing you can do for them. Yes, you can offer up the tylenol and popcicles and warm washcloths. You can snuggle and rock and read the same Dragon Tales book over and over. You can watch the same episode of the Backyardigans until you want to rip off your ears. But in the end, they are still sick. :(
Chloe had a rough weekend and while I feel better now knowing what is wrong and that it is being treated, I slept very little over the weekend and know that I am next on the list. How could I not be after being exposed to Tory and Livy's flu then outright puked on by Chloe? I'll be shocked if I don't get it.
Overall, however, the girls are improving. Tory is perfect. Liv is still a little pale and tired in the afternoons and Chloe is a thousand times better than she was yesterday. As with all things, this too shall pass.

Oh Amanda, I know how hard it is to see your kids sick. And I've never had more than one sick at a time, so I can only imagine. Glad things are looking up finally and fingers crossed for you to not catch it!
